Booking
It is not possible to book directly through this site, because we do not hold options on any accommodation, and therefore are unable to enter into a contract until we are certain that your preferred dates are available. If you wish to book a tour, please either send an e-mail setting out which tour you are interested in, the accommodation category you require and your preferred dates, or use the booking form provided. You do not need to send money initially. Once we have ascertained that the dates you require are available, we will advise you of this by e-mail, or another method if you prefer. In case the first choice of dates is not available it is helpful if you can indicate alternative dates, or we will find the nearest available dates and tell you what these are. You then have 4 working days to confirm by sending a deposit of £100 per person, or the booking will lapse. Information about payment methods will be forwarded with our confirmation, but please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT credit cards: payment by cheque or direct bank transfer is acceptable. On receipt of your deposit we will then confirm the accommodation we have booked for you, and advise you what this is. The balance will be due 30 days before the beginning of your visit. The remainder of your tour information will be delivered to the accommodation where you are spending your first night to await your arrival.
If you are booking from overseas, it may be that there is a company selling one or more of our tours in your country. We are very happy for you to book in this way, and this will mean that you can make payments in your own currency, and may be able to receive the tour documentation in your own language. Please note, however, that the tours offered by overseas companies may not be identical in all respects to our own offer, and may include more or less elements: HOWEVER THE WALKING ROUTE WILL BE THE SAME, AND THE ACCOMMODATION IN BROADLY THE SAME PLACES.
