The tours can be booked to participants' choice of starting dates from 12th April to 17th October 2010. Dates involving UK Bank Holidays are normally excluded, though with plenty of notice it may be possible to book over a Bank Holiday period, provided the Saturday and Sunday nights are spent at the same accommodation.
If participants’ first choice of dates is not available, we will suggest alternative dates as near as possible to the first choice.
By arrangement it would be possible to prebook certain sets of dates so as to enable a tour organiser to form groups. The minimum possible group size would be 5, and maximum 12.
